Web Reporting: Services

The service status page show you the current status of all monitored services on one or more machines. The status page also lets you query the service status across all monitored machines to view information such as:

  • What is the status of a service on all machines?
  • Which services are set to Autostart but are not currently running?
  • Which drivers are currently running on a server?

and much more. The service status page also shows the service key name and indicates drivers.

Service History

The service history displays all service status changes on one or more computers. The history page shows information such as when a service changed its status or when a service was removed.

Service Availability

The service availability page is similar to the heartbeat availability page and shows the calculated uptime of one or more services. This availability report is especially useful when you need to monitor service level agreements.
